Since
every client is unique and all writing tasks are different, we can
provide only a general guide to our charges.
We provide quotations after we receive detailed instructions from
clients.
Edit and
re-format existing résumé:
typically from $100.
New résumés:
typically from $150.
Selection criteria (public and private sector):
typically from $250.
Considerably higher fees may apply for more complex, more extensive or
broad-based criteria, and for executive, senior technical and academic
positions.
Before
providing a quotation, normally we will need the selection
documentation, which typically includes a duty statement, selection
criteria or statement of skills and experience required (which may be
only a newspaper advertisement for some private sector positions) and,
in many cases, background information about the position and the
organisation.
If this information is available on the Internet, we will just need the
web address and the specific job reference information. If you have a
résumé (CV), we will need that also, even if it is out of
date.

Since
other writing assignments can be extremely varied, any guide is
necessarily very approximate.
Many factors, including document length, level of complexity, research
requirements, document formatting requirements, etc. are relevant to
the costing of work.
Therefore, we request clients to submit summary information using the General writing form so Dr Hollis may
communicate with you in order to define the task specifications.
